Listing Edit FAQ's

We can customize text by adding or editing ranks, badge numbers, and agency names. Additionally, we can make physical modifications to the design, such as adding or removing banners, seals, or colors.

If unsure, just contact and we'd happy to let you know before you place your order.

For multiple variations of the same badge, either submit a separate request for each, or contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

You will receive an email 2-3 business days after your order is submitted containing your edited files.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the details and contact you via the email you provided if any clarifications are needed. Your edited files will be emailed to you for approval within 2–3 business days from the date your order was placed.

To cancel your order, either contact us using the form on this page or reply to the confirmation email you received.
