Our Custom Vector Conversion Service allows engraving professionals to submit artwork for precise image-to-vector conversion. If you have a logo, badge, emblem, patch, or graphic that needs to be converted into a clean, scalable vector file, this request form is where your project begins.
Each custom order includes professional conversion into production-ready SVG, EPS, DXF, and high-resolution PNG formats compatible with laser engraving and CNC cutting software. We rebuild artwork with clean paths and accurate geometry to ensure smooth scaling, sharp detail, and reliable manufacturing results.
This service is ideal for engraving shops that need legacy artwork converted, low-resolution images recreated, or complex badge designs prepared for professional output. Whether your source file is a photo, scan, screenshot, or raster logo, we convert it into a structured vector file optimized for engraving workflows.

Conversion FAQ's
Conversions are limited to first responder and military-themed imagery. If your image doesn’t meet this criteria, we may contact you and issue a refund. Feel free to reach out before ordering if you’re unsure.
Some designs may not be convertible due to complexity or image quality. If this happens, we’ll promptly notify you.
- EPS:Â A versatile vector format commonly used for professional printing and graphic design.
- SVG:Â A scalable vector format perfect for web use, CNC, laser cutting, and vinyl cutting.
- DXF:Â Ideal for CNC and laser engraving machines, ensuring compatibility with most cutting software.
- JPEG:Â A high-resolution image format suitable for general viewing and printing.
- PNG:Â A 300 DPI high-quality image with a transparent background, great for digital and print use.
If you need any additional formats such as AI, PDF, PSD, ect request it in the comments section. (no embroidery or "3d" formats available)
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a standard turnaround time of 3–5 business days from the order date. Turnaround times may vary based on demand.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the expected completion date. On that date, your vectors will be emailed to you for approval.
Guaranteed Delivery: If you select this option, we’ll deliver your files on or before the date you specify.
If we’re unable to meet the timeframe, we’ll contact you and issue a refund for the guaranteed delivery fee.
Our vectors are not created with the ability to "select and edit" any text in the vector. All text is grouped on separate layers so that you can delete and add your own depending on the software you are using.
In addition to the standard set of black outlined/transparent background vectors, we'll also include a set of vectors containing colored layers.
The standard color option will be a clipart style look (solid colors, no gradients or shadows). If you do require a more "real world" look to your image just let us know in the comments when you place your order.

Highly complex images include anything beyond standard badges, patches, emblems, or insignia. Examples may include images with multiple badges or patches, fine details, personalized or custom designs requiring significant redesigns, or requests needing multiple ranks in the final delivery.

A minimum $10 additional charge applies to these requests. We’ll work with you to confirm the final price after reviewing your image.

To submit more than two vector creation requests, complete your order with the first two and start a new order for the next set. Alternatively, contact us, and we’ll help schedule all your requests at once.
Of course, and in fact we recommend it! To ensure that our vectors will meet your needs we offer free images that you can download and try out prior to making a purchase.
