Rewards Policy


Earning Points and Discounts

  1. Account Creation Discount

    • Earn a 10% discount when you create a new account.
    • Discount valid only for purchasing ready-made vector files.
    • Offer is available for first-time account creation only.
    • Coupon can only be used once and expires after using.

  2. Earn Points on Purchases

    • Earn 1 point for every $5 spent on vector orders (excluding taxes and fees).
    • Points are calculated based on the subtotal of qualifying purchases.
    • Points earned are automatically added to your account when logged in.

Redeeming Points

  1. Points / discounts can be redeemed only on ready-made vector files listed on the website.
  2. To use points, you must be logged into your account.
  3. Points cannot be applied to:
    • Custom vector creation orders.
    • Vector editing services.
    • Taxes, or additional fees.
  4. Points are automatically applied to your order once enough points have been accumulated.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  2. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
  3. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
  4. Must have an account and be logged in at time of purchase for points to be awarded.
  5. Orders placed outside of normal checkout (such as via invoice) do not count towards points or discounts.

Restrictions

  1. Points earned through the rewards program are applicable only for online purchases made through the Vector911 website.
  2. Custom requests, such as vector editing or creation, do not contribute to the points total and are not eligible for redemption using points.
  3. In cases of refunds or returns, the corresponding points earned will be deducted from your account.

Changes to the Program

Vector911 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program, including points accrual and redemption rules, at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on this policy page, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
