Digital Files and Usage

Vector911 LLC provides digital vector files influenced by government agency badges, patches and insignia, optimized for CNC, laser engraving, and vinyl cutting. These files are designed exclusively for lawful applications in engraving, woodworking, and related fields. Unauthorized or illegal usage, including impersonation, is strictly prohibited.

Resale and Redistribution Limitations:

Our commercial use policy grants you a royalty-free license to create and sell physical items using our vectors, with no restrictions on the number of items produced and sold. The digital files purchased from Vector911 LLC may not be resold or distributed in their original digital form. This includes digital sharing, distribution platforms, or any form of repurposing without our express written permission.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use of our vector files.

Intellectual Property

Our vectors are original designs, but it's important to note that we make no claims over any copyrighted or trademarked elements our designs may resemble. Your payment covers the creative effort and skill involved in crafting these files, not any rights to identifiable elements they might include. We carefully vet our digital vectors for any potential infringement on copyrights or trademarks. Should an oversight occur, the listing will be promptly removed.

Nature of Designs

Our vectors portray generic roles in public service, and any resemblance to real-world badges or emblems is coincidental. No endorsements or affiliations are implied.

Understanding Our Pricing Strategy:

We may repurpose "base" designs from custom projects, particularly for commonly-requested agencies. All specific identifiers are omitted, enriching our ready-to-use library and offering cost savings to clients.

Exclusivity Option:

An 'Opt-Out' option is available at checkout if you prefer your custom conversion to remain exclusive.
