Vector911 LLC provides digital vector files inspired by government agency badges, patches, and insignia. These files are intended for lawful use in CNC, laser engraving, vinyl cutting, and woodworking. Unauthorized or illegal use, including impersonation or forgery, is strictly prohibited. 2. Usage Rights

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original digital files—through file sharing platforms, digital marketplaces, or any other form—is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from Vector911 LLC.

Vector911 does not authorize the use of our designs in official or commercial capacities without the express permission of the rightful owner of any protected design elements.

3. License Grant and Conditions

Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the vector for the creation of physical goods. This license does not imply ownership of any agency badge, insignia, or mark the vector may resemble. The license is valid for the original purchaser only and may be revoked upon violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use

Vector911 does not claim ownership of, or license rights to, any official trademarks, insignias, or designs our vectors may resemble. We have no affiliation or licensing agreements with any agencies or organizations. Our designs are hand-created and sold for the time and skill involved in their production—not for ownership of the original mark or likeness.

You may use our vectors to produce and sell physical items, but the legal responsibility for determining lawful use falls solely on you. If a design includes or resembles a protected emblem, you must obtain any required permissions before using it in a commercial or official capacity.

5. Nature of Designs and Disclaimer

Our vectors depict general roles in public service. They are independently created and are not official representations of any real-world organization. No affiliations, approvals, or endorsements are implied.

6. Hand-Crafted Design Process

All Vector911 designs are manually created using digital and hand tracing methods. These are original interpretations intended for CNC engraving, personalization, vinyl cutting, and related small business or hobbyist applications.

7. Design Accuracy and Suitability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, our hand-crafted vectors may contain minor flaws or design artifacts. We recommend reviewing each design carefully before purchase or use. Files are optimized for hobbyist-grade applications and may require additional adjustments for professional printing or manufacturing.

8. No Endorsement or Affiliation

Vector911 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any public agency, department, or organization represented in design themes. All artwork is independently created and intended for personal, non-official use.

9. Vector Conversion Requests

By submitting an image for vector conversion, the requester affirms that they either own the design or have the legal authorization to use it.

• Vector911 LLC does not verify ownership of submitted designs; the requester is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.
• Vector911 LLC will not be held liable for any claims, legal actions, or disputes arising from unauthorized use of protected designs.
• If an infringement claim is made, Vector911 LLC reserves the right to remove the associated file and take appropriate action.
• We reserve the right to refuse any vector conversion request if we believe it violates copyright or trademark laws.

10. Vector Listing Policy

Using Vector911 LLC’s vector creation service does not guarantee exclusivity or ownership of any vectors we produce.

• If there is sufficient demand for a particular design (e.g., multiple requests for the same emblem), we may list the vector for sale, subject to prior approval from the original requester.
• Custom designs or “one-off” creations remain exclusive to the original requester and will not be listed for public sale.

11. Customer Reviews

By submitting a review, customers grant Vector911 LLC the right to use, share, and display their review content (including images/videos) on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

• Anonymity: Only first names and last initials may be used; full names and contact details will not be disclosed without consent.
