Basic Image Conversion

Have a standard Police, Sheriff, Fire or other First Responder or Military Emblem you need converted? This is the choice for you! This service will provide you with a black outlined version of your image in our standard formats of eps, svg, dxf and png.

Intermediate Image Conversion

Using this service, we can convert more intricately detailed badges and emblems. This includes badges with more complex designs such as buildings and other elements not found on typical badges. This service will provide you with a black outlined version of your image in our standard formats of eps, svg, dxf and png.

Advanced Image Conversion

This service covers more advanced designs with complicated elements or images that contain more than one badge or emblem. These take the most effort to convert and often times converting more than one emblem to get the finished result, think a military seal with multiple emblems contained within it. This service will provide you with a black outlined version of your image in our standard formats of eps, svg, dxf and png.

Layered Vectors (Color)

In addition to our standard black outline conversions, we also offer the add-on option of including a separate set of files which contain the color of the design. These work great for vinyl cutters, printing and so much more! Choosing this option not only provides you with the black outlined formats but also the color!

• How do I know which one to select when ordering?

  Most conversions will fall under the “Basic Image Conversion” category. Make your choice based on the complexity of your design and the amount of detail involved.

• What if I choose the wrong one?

  Not a problem! We review each order, and if your design falls into a different tier we will reach out and provide instructions on making up the difference.

• Why implement a pricing tier structure?

  The conversion service we provide is meant to offer you the highest quality finished product at a price lower than most industry standards. While we had charged a flat fee for this service, there is ultimately a large difference between certain designs that effect the amount of time needed to make the conversion. The more complicated, the more time involved and we needed to create a pricing structure that reflects that.

• Is turnaround times the same for each tier?

  Yes! The day you schedule your conversion for will be the day you receive your files. In rare circumstances (based on the complexity of the design) the turnaround time can be up to 24 hrs after your scheduled conversion date.

• What formats are included with each order?

  We will email your converted image in svg, eps, dxf and png formats. If you need any additional ones such as ai or pdf, just make note of it in the form at checkout. (unfortunately we are unable to provide embroidery formats at this time)

• What's included if I choose to add color?

  If you select the option to add color, we will provide you with a set of vectors that include the standard black outline version plus a separate set of files that contain the color (layers) for your design. The formats will be the same svg, eps, dxf and png formats with jpeg included with the color option.

• What are some applications your vectors will work with?

  Our vectors are formatted for use in most cnc and laser applications such as V-Carve, Easel, Lightburn, and many others! They will also work in vinyl cutter software such as Silhouette and Cricut Design Space. Every vector is created with closed and no overlapping paths ensure the quickest download to engraving turnaround.

• What's the Base Design Relisting Agreement all about?

  When you request a custom vector conversion, we dedicate time to hand-transform your design into a high-quality vector format. Occasionally, we might list the foundational or 'base' part of this conversion (badge shape, agency name) for wider use, excluding any personalized or unique details. This approach helps us maintain efficient pricing and benefits our wider community by offering more diverse vector options. Rest assured, any specific details you provide, such as badge numbers or unique insignias, remain exclusive to your request. It's our way of optimizing our offerings while respecting the individuality of your designs.
